Share Knowledge Wisely

When sharing tips or personal experiences, be honest about your expertise. Encourage members to consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns. Cite sources when discussing research or techniques. Help others without claiming to diagnose or cure.

Protect Privacy

Never share personal information about other members without consent. Respect confidentiality when members discuss health challenges or personal struggles. Keep forum discussions within the community—do not screenshot or republish without permission.

Stay On Topic

Keep discussions related to flexibility training, yoga, stretching, balance, and wellness. While we celebrate whole-life health, avoid excessive off-topic posts, spam, or promotional content. Use designated sections for class schedules, event announcements, and challenges.

Celebrate Progress

Acknowledge wins—no matter how small. Whether someone touches their toes for the first time or completes a challenging pose, celebrate their journey. Avoid comparison or discouragement. We rise together by lifting others up.

Communicate Respectfully
